The Taurama Aquatic and Leisure Centrelocated along the Taurama Road and which was commonly known by its frequent visitors as the Sir Donald Cleland swimming pool is currently being rebuilt by Fletcher Morobe for the 2015 South Pacific games

The centre itself is built to meet the international sporting standards hence, will cater for swimming, volleyball, basketball and other various indoor sports. It will have;

• have a 50 metres competition swimming pool
• 6 volleyball courts
• public fitness gym
