The Kookaburra Flyover will be a new landmark for Papua New Guinea. This new state of are design is the largest flyover in the Pacific and is said to ease traffic congestion. The flyover is currently being built by Hawkins Group a New Zealand base company.

The flyover will:

• connect Jacksons International Airport to through Independence and Sir John Guise Drive roundabout
• be 600 metres long and will have a four land road

Workmen working on the airport end of the Kookaburra street Flyover which is being built by Hawkins Goup
