How/Where do I pay my land rent?

We offer a number of ways to make it easier for you to pay your land rent.
   By Cash
Present the description of your property (Lot & Section numbers or Portion number & Milinch name) together with the cash amount to the Cashier.
  By Bank Cheque
Is the same as by cash however, ensure that, a breakup list is provided when the payment involves multiple (more than 1) properties.
Payments can be made to the following Cash offices;

Where do I get a Statement of my land rent account?

You can get your statement at K1.00 for a print out by calling in to;
Department of Lands and Physical Planning Customer Service Section, Eda Tano Haus Ground Floor, Waigani Drive, or by calling them on Telephone (+675) 301 3294.

What can next of kin do in the event where a leaseholder dies?

The next of kin may provide the deceased’s death certificate together with the Owners Copy of the Title to his/her local Provincial Affairs office to process transmission certificate.
