The Central Plan Office

The Central Plan Office(CPO) is established by the Survey Coordination Act and is within the Office of the Surveyor General(OSG).

The main function is to maintain Quality Control of approved Survey Plans before registration is executed by the Surveyor General. It also provides up to date survey information to the general public and other Stakeholders.

Survey information being:

Survey plans ( Hard copy only)

Town Noting Maps (Digital & Hard copy)

Milinch and Fourmil Noting Maps( Digital & Hard copy)
• PSM Noting Maps( Digital & Hard copy)

Other Functions being;

  • Provide various Notices for gazettal purposes
  • Charting of survey parcels on the Noting Maps
  • Examination and registration of survey plans
  • Allocation of legal cadastral descriptions
  • Registration of NLDs( Native Land Dealings)
  • Updating of Survey information in the LAGIS(Land & Geographic Information System)
