13	Design Local Artist involvement Used the research information and came up with a draft concept Used Local Designer to produce a draft Web Team reviewed and changed draft to the current design Web Team created Templates, CSS, Structure Web Team implemented the design
14	Contents About 12 Weeks hard work by the Team to collect content Team members organized meetings with their respective Divisions Discussed ideas with Directors Discussed ideas with Secretary
15	Development Run numerous sessions on the Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks (Internationally recognised leading web design and development tools) Almost all Team Members can use Dreamweaver to create web pages Some Team Members started to use Fireworks to create graphics All understand the web dev process
16	Benefit to DLPP and Staff In-house development Sustainable Will be updated and maintained in-house at absolute minimum cost Very cost effective Skills learnt can be used in other areas such as the Intranet development Great value to staff involved Improved CV, boost the morale and productivity
